  • As a remote-first company, we enable you to work from anywhere in the world, but you can also work in one of our offices in Poland (Cracow) or Estonia (Tallinn),
  • We offer semi-flexible working hours - we would like you to be available between 11 am and 3 pm CET- the rest you set yourself;
  • You will play one of the key roles in the creation of our products in fintech, web3 and cryptocurrency industries.
In this role you will:
  • Create and mantain web applications written in React and NextJS following best practices while maintaining high quality code and very good app performance
  • Collaborate with others in the team
  • Test our solutions (unit and integration tests)
  • Document our solutions
  • Participate in daily meetings and planning sessions
  • Review of other developers' work
What we expect from you:
  • 3+ years experience in web development
  • 2+ years commercial experience in React
  • 1+ years commercial experience in NextJs
  • Good knowledge of React, NextJs, Typescript
  • Proven ability to analyze and solve technical problems
  • Self-driven and responsible with the ability to independently work with little help
  • Experience in developing fintech or crypto applications

Recruitment Process:

Our recruitment process includes several stages:

CV review We are planning to review all the applications and get back to the selected candidates the latest by the end of January.

Stage I:

An introductory conversation with recruitment, during which we will tell you about us and the Venture Builder approach, our goals, the team and about completed and ongoing projects. At this stage, we will want to know your current situation in the context of changing jobs, financial expectations and preferred form of employment.

Stage II:

A technical interview during which we will want to know your experience. We will ask you a few questions about solution architecture, good practices, and knowledge of specific tools.

A technical task
