Who are we looking for?

Head of Marketing in ICEO is the position for experienced marketers and managers, who can think strategically along with acting quickly and outside the box. Our perfect match is a person with great communication skills, bravery in decision-making, and efficiency in the execution of ideas. Additionally, we appreciate your experience in working with VC funds or as a venture builder.

Your responsibilities will include:
  • Creating marketing strategies for ICEO,

  • Planning of multichannel campaigns,

  • Preparing and billing marketing budgets,

  • Planning of team operations with the usage of Jira,

  • Management of content creation,

  • Management of a website,

  • Management of communication and public relations in social media,

  • Initiating and executing new ideas for marketing actions,

  • Carrying out the ongoing analysis of the effectiveness of marketing activities,

  • Building marketing team,

  • Caring for a good atmosphere in the team.
What do we expect from you?
  • The experience of working in a startup environment,

  • At least 6 years of experience in digital marketing,

  • At least 3 years of experience as the leader of a marketing team,

  • Experience in team management (+/- 5 members)

  • Experience in creating marketing strategies,

  • Experience in preparing and billing marketing budgets,

  • Knowledge of concepts in the fields of digital marketing such as content marketing, social media, PPC, SEO, public relations (T-shaped marketer),

  • Experience in content marketing,

  • Very good knowledge of LinkedIn,

  • The ability to measure the effects of your work using the tools for data collection and analysis,

  • The ability to work with the usage of Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Google Data Studio, and Google Search Console,

  • Knowledge of Figma and Miro,

  • Knowledge of Slack, Jira, and Confluence,

  • High proficiency in English (C1),

  • High level of interpersonal skills,

  • Very good work organization skills,

  • Sense of aesthetics, being detail-oriented.
Nice to have:
  • Experience in working with venture builders or VC funds.
