About the role:

We are looking for a specialist in the field of image building and public relations, who perfectly finds himself in the field of new technologies. If you have experience working in a startup environment, venture builder or VC fund, we are waiting for you!

The person in this position will be responsible for following trends, searching for ideas (also within the company) for content and activities in the field of broadly understood public relations - cooperation with the media, participation in online and offline events. It will also prepare the content of press releases, concepts for publications and interviews with our representatives. Tasks will also include establishing relationships with external agencies and planning joint PR campaigns with our startups and partners.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Creating a communication strategy and schedule in the area of public relations,
• Developing a budget for PR activities,
• Preparing press releases, article concepts and interview scenarios
• Cooperation with the media in Poland and abroad,
• Cooperation with external agencies,
• Reporting of activities carried out,
• Taking care of the coherence of the company's image and its representatives in the media,
• Searching for ideas for new content and activities in the area of public relations,
• Cooperation with the team in terms of content and graphics,
• Cooperation with other departments and our startups in terms of ideas for content,
• Searching for trends and initiating new activities

What we expect from you:

• at least 4 years of experience in planning and implementing public relations campaigns
• experience in implementing PR activities on an international scale,
• experience in working in a startup environment, venture builder or VC fund
• Knowledge of storytelling and branding
• network of contacts with the media in Poland and abroad
• experience in cooperation with PR agencies
• knowledge of LinkedIn
• aesthetic sense, attention to detail
• writing flow,
• knowledge of the English language at C1 level
• high level of empathy and communication skills
• very good work organization
• independence, responsibility for the results of their work
• initiative, willingness to develop intensively
