Who are we looking for?

We're currently seeking a talented Talent Acquisition Lead to spearhead our recruitment efforts and attract the best and brightest to our company. The ideal candidate will have communication skills, but also strategic thinking, organisational skills and creativity. In addition, we will appreciate your experience working in a startup or venture builder environment.

Your responsibilities will include
  • End-to-end coordination and implementation of recruitment projects.
  • Direct search methods recruitment, building an internal candidate database and maintaining close relationships with potential future employees.
  • Designing and then delivering recruitment KPIs.
  • Constant and proactive cooperation with Hiring Managers at every stage of the recruitment process.
  • Supporting employer branding and recruitment marketing activities (e.g. preparation and participation in trade fairs, events, industry meetings).
  • Proposing and implementing initiatives and projects to support the effectiveness of the recruitment process and to enhance the candidate experience.
  • Cooperation with external service providers (e.g. career offices, recruitment agencies, job platforms).
  • Involvement in the onboarding process of new employees.
  • Providing expert support to the business and internal departments within ICEO.
  • In the future - managing a department of several TA specialists.
  • Preparation of analyses, reports and presentations related to the duties performed.
What do we expect from you?
  • Min. 4 years' experience of leading recruitment projects independently for IT companies (for varied roles and levels in the organisation).
  • Experience working in a start-up environment (we prefer fintech/big data but are in no way restrictive!).
  • Knowledge of current trends, recruitment platforms and tools as well as sourcing techniques and tools (x-ray, boolean search).
  • Fluency in English (C1).
  • Superb communication skills, including delivering presentations and active listening.
  • Commitment and a strong sense of responsibility for the tasks assigned.
  • Independence and initiative in carrying out tasks.
  • Very good organisation of own work and efficiency.
  • Ability to work under time pressure and in dynamically changing circumstances.
  • A real interest in recruitment and keeping up to date with current trends in this area.
Nice to have:
  • Experience in managing a team.
  • Knowledge of Jira/Confluence tools.
  • Experience of leading recruitment processes for C-level positions.
  • Willingness to engage in HR projects beyond talent acquisition.
