We are known for offering customized tools for issuing and managing digital tokens. In addition to technology, we have ready-made legal solutions and access to investors and business angels, thanks to which we provide comprehensive support to entrepreneurs and enable them to take their first steps in the world of Web3, DeFi and Metaverse.

Our consulting department is responsible for creating a tokenization strategy and developing tokenomics. It is composed of pioneers in the field of business consulting in the blockchain environment. Due to the growing interest in tokenization and the increasing number of orders, we are looking for another member for our Norion team!

We are looking for a Business Strategy Manager, a person with experience in working on strategies for companies and startups, who can prepare strategies for product development and entering new markets, is an expert in conducting business (SWOT, PEST, etc.) and marketing analysis. The person in this position participates in workshops with the client and develops solutions based on them, analyzes the market and prepares the necessary documents.

Your responsibilities will include:
  • conducting workshops with the client (together with an account manager and a crypto asset specialist),
  • defining customer's requirements,
  • developing new solutions for the customer based on the opportunities and requirements,
  • developing business strategies for customers (including managing the process of preparing a business strategy),
  • performing market, business and competitive analysis.
  • building tokenomics for clients,
  • developing a financial model for tokenomics,
  • creating strategic documents for the issuance of tokens,
  • presentation of the concept for verification by the customer, independent definition of verification methods and execution of this process,
  • participating in creative meetings with the team,
  • participating in the preparation of marketing studies and their analysis,
  • coordinating the department's business service through external companies working on tokenomic elements (e.g. law firms).
  • conducting analysis on capital raising potential,
  • developing a strategy for entering the secondary market,
  • monitoring the strategy implementation process and its ongoing corrections.
What we expect from you:
  • university degree in management and consulting,
  • excellent knowledge of business analytics tools,
  • basic knowledge of business law,
  • negotiation skills,
  • communication skills and the ability to build relationships,
  • advanced analytical skills,
  • experience in writing strategic documents,
  • creativity in developing concepts for new solutions for customers,
  • entrepreneurial thinking, including the ability to understand the business aspects of ongoing projects,
  • basic knowledge of the blockchain industry,
  • knowledge of price elasticity of demand,
  • the ability to conduct market and marketing research,
  • the ability to create organizational charts and business models,
  • the ability to conduct workshops with the client.
