About the role

Due to new ideas for startups, we are looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist who combines creativity with an analytical approach and attention to detail.

Do you enjoy marketing experiments and are familiar with campaign planning tools? Do you have lots of ideas for growth hacking, but have not been able to prove yourself in your previous job? In this position, you will not only perform activities to promote our company, but most importantly, you will actively participate in planning the process of verifying the concept of new startups with the market through communication planning, designing landing pages, running advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook Ads) and other activities that will allow us to quickly evaluate the interest in the product.

You will not be working alone! You will be part of the marketing team where we have experience in graphics and copywriting, among other things. You will also have the opportunity to work with our venture building specialists and our R&D department in planning and executing activities to validate new startup ideas.

Your responsibilities will include:
  • conducting trend, market and competitive analyzes,
  • participating in the development of a communication strategy for new products and plan a rapid verification process with the market,
  • participating in the development of plans for advertising campaigns,
  • analyzing and reporting on the impact of promotional campaigns,
  • creation of mockups and content for product presentations,
  • creation of mockups, content, CTA and lead magnets for landing pages,
  • conducting AB landing page tests,
  • designing mailings and managing the contact database,
  • creating, managing, analyzing and optimizing Google Ads and Facebook Ads campaigns,
  • operating profiles in the social media Facebook, LinkedIn.
What we expect from you:
  • fluency in written and spoken English,
  • data analysis and interpretation skills,
  • communication skills and ability to work in a team,
  • interest in the latest trends and best practices in marketing and analytics,
  • ability to analyze trends, changes in the market and competition,
  • experience in creating landing pages and testing their effectiveness.
  • experience with Google Ads and Facebook Ads,
  • experience with Google Analytics,
  • experience in managing profiles on social media,
  • experience with mailing tools,
  • experience with Figma.
